      PTO time is good, pay is par for the course, minimal overtime demands.

      Pros

      I absolutely love my job working in the crash department at Calspan. It's fun and exciting. Coworkers are all great! Managers are great! Hoping that in a few years I'll be able to move up and that I'll have a long career ahead of me with a great company!

      Cons

      Pay is slightly lower than what I could probably make elsewhere. (I took a pay cut to take the job at Calspan, and have no regrets).
