      Pros

      Everyone working there is excellent. Really feels like a family.

      Cons

      Extremely long days, with not much compensation for it. Also, new issues tend to become a blame game rather than a learning experience which is not condusive to moving forward.

Human Resources create a solid platform for career challenges and growth.
