Passionate, intelligent and motivated team members working together to achieve mission success, diversity and inclusion is a core value, flexible work hours, access to a growing network of individuals and organizations that share the same mission.

Cons

Though the benefit package is very strong, the vacation/PTO plan is not aligned with the rest of the industry.

Finding the right balance of a plan and flowing with the dynamic nature of the needs of our projects can be tricky, but we are working on it.
