Pros
Fantastic benefits (health, dental, vacation, etc), great co-workers, great environment to work in, community atmosphere with lots of ways for employees to participate and contribute.
Cons
Challenges vary by department and division; some supervisors are less flexible and less willing to promote their employees than others, but overall I've found it a great place to work.
