      great location, 9-5er, student holidays, flexible time during the holidays, long lasting jobs

      Cons

      Depending on which department you work in, your experience could be great or no so rewarding, faculty can do no wrong, salaries are low, HR isn't really responsive and will tell you if you're not happy to go elsewhere, respect for lower level employees is low

      Easy to reach management in the facility

      Difficult micro-managing by Head Lifeguard and difficulty in reasoning with her.
