I enjoy the benefits, opportunity for training, all the holidays we are given off as well as the ease of transferring your location though out the state. Very stable job even in times of economic hardship.

Cons

I hate the bureaucracy when working for a state agency, sometimes I feel like just another number rather than an employee. Promotions are near existent.

great RW seniors - very knowledgeable and helpful, flexible schedule, independent work environment (not micromanaged), 40 hr work week, some travel but not too much

Cons

some long-time employees are not motivated the way the younger crowd is, dealing with property owners can be stressful and difficult
