Pros

Flexible Schedule, Decent Pay, If you work at one place or a couple places you'll usually see opening for positions you just need to get the requited things like maybe going back to school to get a degree but they sometimes help with pay.

Cons

If you need money and can't find something you should just go about your day in the same schedule just in case something opens in the morning.
