Pros
Good hours.. upper management is great.
Cons
Shift supervisors for day shift have no management skills. One is racist and sexist. Both have poor communication skills with line workers and are rude and disrespectful. They don't talk to you they just yell at you like you're stupid even if it's not your fault. It doesn't help if you go to HR because nothing gets done about their attitudes
