Pros
Great insurance WFH PTO is nice...use it or lose it...and people want you to take time off Bereavement time is also very nice. Maternity/Paternity leave is nice.
Cons
Pay is low. Company is making lots of money, but it's not being shared well with workers. There is not a good example of how to progress in the company. Environment isn't always super conducive and encouraging. People gloss over your work. 401k match is really lacking...3% is very low in the tech field. No clarity on raises or promotions.
