The IT management team is making a very progressive change, and is a perfect place to work if you are willing to adapt, adopt, and grow into your IT career.
The IT VP, CIO, are very strategic and clear in their communications. If you are a good player and you need their support, they will work with you, and remove any obstacles that you have in your course of job.
The IT directors are not micro managers, which is a great quality to have in a manager. They are willing to listen to the recommendations, and will try to make the changes as and when possible. They support remote work culture, and are very conscious about their employee’s health.
Of all the things, the one of the most important quality I found that fascinates me is the foundation that they work on, and that is the mantra of family values. The current IT management, values family at the top of the priority; it is a VERY important quality to have in any leader, and which is VERY rare to find in the current professional era.
Most important thing is that the coworkers are very smart, intelligent, and fun to work with, who will not let you fail!
