      Pros

      Job has a fair amount of autonomy aside from the intermittent hot button of the month micromanagement from incompetent MN.

      Cons

      Incompetent leadership riddled with nepotism. Directors and up are a complete joke. Overpaid people that literally do nothing but sit on zoom all day. Absolutely 0 growth opportunity/upward mobility. No chance of a raise unless you get a better offer and they’re desperate to keep you and even then get it in writing or they’ll claim the ceo is too busy to sign off (for a year or more in my case).
