      I love what I do, Some good people, Very safety oriented Nice facility Good pay Great product Easy to get hired in

      Cons

      Horrid management, people are treated like slaves, no care for employees home life. Written up for being a minute late, and don't think of requesting time off or calling off! management looks for mistakes, rarely give props for good work. You will never be home! Management lies, pick and chooses who gets punished depending on favorite people. They cover things for their favorite people and bury people they don't personally like. If you like being treated like a piece of crap low life apply here! And wear good shoes because you will walk on egg shells!

      Pros

      Very nice people to work with, comfortable working environment, decent pay, good benefits, beautiful locations

      Cons

      Confusing leadership at times, constantly changing work processes without properly informing employees, lack of clarity at times, poor leadership in a few locations and it can bring down other departments trying to work with them

      Embraces entrepreneurialism and promotes from within

      Pros

      Good compensation. Opportunities for promotion. Promotes entrepreneurialism and individual work ethic. Family-owned. Good product that leads the category. Profit-sharing program.

      Cons

      Rapid expansion in the past few years added hundreds from employees, some who aren't/weren't a good fit for company culture. Multiple locations throughout US and field sales staff working out of home can make you feel somewhat isolated and disconnected.
