A great job for a single person with no family. Great Co workers! Decent pay. Days off during the week. Double time pay on Sundays. Opportunities for advancement, depending on who you are. Uniforms provided. Good training.

Cons

Work two weekends a month. 12 hour shifts. Unorganized planning with leaders. Poor communication. Double standards. Requests to leaders not done in a timely manner. Favoritism.

Great product - it sells itself.

Cons

This company does not value their people. There is a very high turnover rate and the culture is not a positive one. Management is rude and they do not take the time to listen to their employees they manage. The folks at the bottom of the pyramid are not treated with respect.

Great people, exposure to a variety of projects, awesome product to market.

Cons

Very long hours (too many nights and weekends), difficult culture, too much control in upper management which restricts creativity and flexibility on projects, lack of respect from upper management.
