      Pros

      I enjoyed developing ways to mitigate the amount of S.R.R. in the fab shop and try to streamline the processes

      Cons

      All issues regarding quality and working culture were ignored, if fact, it was seen as a burden to the operation and upper management. As far as the product goes, the common term is "just ship it".

      Pros

      Freedom of working out of a home office and making your own schedule day to day, week to week, etc.

      Cons

      Very poor communication from Management down. Not run like a sales operation although it is supposed to be. Cannot trust "Management or Leadership" There is no leadership. They do not trust their own employees. Care more about sales "reports" than actual business growth
