Management is terrible. There is a huge division of upper management here, nobody trust each other and they keep important information to themselves that the other department need to keep the production line running. There is a huge lack of respect. Upper management do not respect each other and they do not respect their workers who help them.
Training is not good. When I was trained I was told to look at the product line for two months so that I could get a feel for the job. I didn't know what they wanted me to learn since I was not going to be an operator, when I asked questions on what I am supposed to learn, I was told to ask the operator, when I started asking the operators they were not happy and didn't want to help since they don't get paid to train me. So I didn't learn anything for two months I had to wait and watch until my real training started on month 3.
You need to be careful on making mistakes because if you accidentally forget to check something off or if you make an adjustment you were not supposed to (Remember the training is very bad) you will be told to meet up in a room with 2 or 3 managers to intimidate you, blame you and even imply to terminate you if you don't get things together.
There is so much more I want to say but I had enough with this organization.
It's sad because the organization makes a good product and the people who actually work hard are hard workers. But the upper management take advantage of them and always point fingers at each other so it's extremely toxic and worst part they know how to hide it very well. Upper management don't care about the product or the hard working people they only care about themselves and their image.
My experience here was disappointing, stressful, and exhausting. Do your research if you are thinking of working here.
