      Pros

      Its a job. Opportunity only presents itself if you know the right people, and if so it can be a rewarding career building company.

      Cons

      Incompetent people in managerial positions. Outdated draconian style of rules and culture. Poor problem solving methods and botched process improvements. Exposure to harmful particulates, noise, heat, and toxic egos.
