Always increasing admin duties. Leaving less time to actually be in our territory, doing our job.

Has regular monthly safety meetings Has safety incentives Recently switched to electronic machinery/equipment daily inspection lists Great work environment

Cons

Stop shrinking storage space for the distribution center to accommodate the other departments more Have SOPs in place that aren't just common sense, include the things that are less likely to happen(ie getting an amputated finger while loading a cargo container)
