Pros
The aesthetic of the place/office. Training is nicely put together but beware it starts out nicely but changes very quickly.
Cons
Environment and culture are horrible. Unless you have a cunning type of personality you will probably not get promoted. Horrible employee turnover. Management lacks respect and lack of communication between employees, management and senior management. Work-life balance is non-existent! You will work holidays that other companies do not work. Huge on micromanaging and no flexibility when it comes to working from home. When the pandemic hit, it was very poorly throughout. The offices were open during the pandemic while other corporations in the Twin Cities are still WFH today.
