Pros

It's great company that makes an awesome product. Being involved in the data side of the manufacturing process I was able to work with a lot of excellent people in both IT and at the Plant that were passionate about what they were doing which made the job fun and rewarding. Positive work environment.

Cons

The culture can get a little wacky and over the top at times, but other than that the company treats the employee's pretty well. Pay and benefit package was a little under market when I was there.
