Cons

Cost cutting became the priority and every aspect of the services being provided is suffering as a result.

it once was a great organization until they got themselves in trouble financially. they took care of the most under represented of patients

Cons

closing beds and services. present senior leaders detached from work force which is a very disturbing change. formerly, senior leadership was visible, supportive, and honest.
