A company that not only falls short in terms of professionalism and service, but also engages in outright illegal activities. They engage in a range of illegal activities, from fraudulent financial/record practices to discriminatory practices against applicants and even tenants. Management is never in the office and in some places even drink alcohol during office hours.There's a monopoly on who gets apartments. Software is awful, always trying to implement changes that lead to a worse experience since they never fixed the previous issues . There’s no communication from anyone, then when you do something wrong since you didn’t know it changed they make you look bad.
