Such a negative and unhealthy office environment. Corporate in Tacoma is not professional. Dress code? Kind of not really. Not family? Not recognized. There's always gossip and people have their headphones in. You receive some training and the person in charge of training is sweet. There are some people who are real monsters. Women to men ratio is 10:1. HR is non existent. Bookkeeping side is chaotic and nobody talks to anyone unless its complaining. Don't expect to have a lot of conversations, just read your email. A majority of the people I spoke to were so passive aggressive. Avoid this place at all cost. It's not worth it.

There is no support from management even as far as telling you to not give full exposure to other staff members and to play the run around game with other businesses. The training is lacking. It is sink or swim with no real support. HR really pushes the legal rights of their employees. No communication and no appreciation just straight ridicule. No teamwork between different departments. The mentality is I will save myself and throw everyone else under the bus. Everyone is related somehow, so there is special treatment. They make promises of advancement, but do not help in the progress or do not deliver. The environment is uncomfortable
