      Overall good management. Give the reasonable training to the employee, open talk and cooperation among the employee. Severance package for laid off employee.

      Cons

      Not stable, laying off could occur anytime. Usually the work force is not enough to deal the workload.

      This is a very challenging job that contribute more knowledge's in the field of Oil & Gas equipment's manufacturing. Their projects are excellent, and the company concerns their employees in terms of shelter, food, salary, and transportation.

      Cons

      This is join venture between CAMERON NATCO and Al-Rushaid Middle East Ltd.. Recently they stopped their joined venture. Now less opportunities to have a big projects like before.
