Pros

Good pay Monday thru Friday with weekends off No mandatory overtime Unionized

Cons

Poor management and leadership. Rarely accepts responsibility for mistakes. Doesn't support employees to reach company goal and expects them to do it on there own. Absolutely no appreciation

Pros

Good pay, benefits, people banding together in tough times

Cons

Over extended in work hours, life balance has eroded since Covid, to many furloughs, to many experienced people made redundant, inexperienced managers now lead, sign of the times and getting worse, work life balance not there since we were ordered to work from home, people think they can just txt, email call at all hours of the day, just ridiculous working environment, tough times in the oil industry it's not just at this company.
