Pros

*I work at a local Norwegian division that only recently became part of Cameron. Keep that in note -Employees and managers are not stressed and usually in a good mood -Okay to make mistakes. He who dares not, wins not -Good management. Employees are happy

Cons

-The mother company is a bureaucratic mastodont. Everytime we have to do something outside of the local division, things slow down to a halt. -The mother company does not understand local culture, and forces the same policies globally.
