      Trainig is available if you desire, good 401k match dollar for dollar first 6%, health care great

      Cons

      Opportunity to move around or go to another group is impossible. They try to keep you in one specialize area. No opportunity to move around in the company.

      Pros

      Good atmosphere, work environment, and location. Management handles personnel with respect and trusts the employees to do their job. Laid back atmosphere that encourages hardworking employees to enjoy their job.

      Cons

      In my experience, I have encountered no real cons at the facility that I worked at. I think there are normal everyday stresses of a job, but that comes with the nature of the work being done.

      Pros

      Big company, stable jobs, won't get fired unless you really make an acceptable mistake which is 1 out a million

      Cons

      like one of the other reviews, you can move forward only you are one of the few chosen one. If you are the chosen ones, you get promoted. If you are not, you don't move anywhere. Talented people overwork. A lot of very imcompetent people get promoted.
