Cameron company as a whole is pretty good, but my Process Systems division is not doing well
Pros
Strong technological company with a lot of patents and copyrights. Cameron has got a good name within the industry. Good opportunities for growth and personal training. Good work culture. Strong 401-K plan and competitive salary package.
Cons
This is concerning only the Process Systems division. The management did not do a good job of forecasting and hired a lot of employees in the last 3 years. Now when we did not get the anticipated projects for the past year and a half, they had to lay-off a bunch of people. They still do not have any major projects. This is relatively new division of Cameron formed by acquiring and merging two other companies. They did not do a good job of merging the companies and they are now suffering the consequences.
