Pros

Overall, I've been satisfied with my experience at Cameron. I've gotten to travel to some very interesting places. Salary and compensation package is decent, but below industry standards approximately 10-15%. Most people I've worked with are very good at what they do, with a few exceptions. Getting to see a project go from an idea to completion is pretty rewarding.

Cons

Dealing with tedious paper shuffling tasks. If you're good at what you do, you'll probably receive more work than you can handle. Upper management (within certain divisions) needs to take a more analytical approach to managing the large volume of projects being signed. Work schedule can be flexible, but is trending towards longer (10-12hr days).
