Pros

Flexible work schedule, great people, you can bring your dog to work/board when you are on vacation (which you can't afford on the salary).

Cons

Low pay, no benefits available, even if you are willing to pay for them. A bit of nepotism at my franchise.

Pros

Great customer and dog interactions. Easy and flexable schedules for students and any first time job seekers. Will give you the hands on expirience to juggle school/family and a job.

Cons

So much work to be done for minimum wage salary. You will be lucky enough to advance to front desk but good luck moving pass Camp Counselor and Front desk. You will be picking up poop, deep cleaning kennels, yards and getting bitten on a daily basis for extra low pay. If you are seeking a career look else where.
