terrible management, horrible pay for the labor you're putting in, several injuries on the job from aggressive dogs, employees smoke & vape on the job, absolutely no slack for holiday time off (holidays are inhumanely overbooked each time), you're given the legal minimum break time (15min for 7 hour shift, none for holiday/weekend shift), a large percentage of the other employees will not care about the wellness of the dogs nearly as much as you
