Pros

The people are absolutely wonderful - they know how to hire skilled and considerate people who just want to do their best. The managers do their best to make sure you have what you need - they are supportive and have the view that if you're thriving, everyone is winning. They're not unrealistic at all - if a deadline doesn't work, it'll move - they won't push you to sacrifice your life for the company and encourage a healthy work-life balance. They're also very supportive when it comes to matters of inclusivity and neurodivergence.

Cons

Working with some other departments in the overall company group (Marigold) can sometimes be a bit difficult. The engineering teams and their management and upper management seem to all generally know what they're doing. But there's a lot of indecisiveness outside of that.
