-Great core team who appreciate and respect each other. -Opportunity to wear multiple hats and gain exposure to different areas of the business if there is interest. -Company promotes from within and nurtures talent well. -New VP has brought amazing positive energy to the business making Campaigner more visible within J2 and bringing much more transparency within Campaigner itself. -Parent company has lots of capital to assist with growth -Positive year over year growth. I've been at Campaigner a really long time and these recent changes have energized the business. I've never been more confident of Campaigner's bright future and that working here will prove rewarding in the years to come.
Cons
-Dealing with some shared services divisions within a larger company is sometimes frustrating. But this has improved recently. -The pace of work can be relentless. Managers should not expect to work 9-5.
