Pros

- US Leadership recently revamped for the better, mixing internal and external appointments. - The coolest office in Manhattan (!) and easy commuting between Grand Central and Port Authority. - Competitive pay, benefits, 60/40 smart working policy. - The NY-based organization hosts local, regional and global teams, with interesting career outlooks. - Diverse brands portfolio across multiple categories, with some established ones (Aperol, Espolon, …) and several others with great potential. - Sound corporate governance, stock-listed yet majority shareholder in full control of the company’s destiny. - High acquisitive power and strong international expansion, with bold long-term vision.

Cons

- Some short-terms global leadership shakes, new global CEO and CMO have recently been announced, together with changes coming in the global operating model for brands’ management. - Some industry-related headwinds common to other players in Spirits industry, but mitigated by the small(er) marketshare and diversified portfolio with consequent potential.
