Generous pay for coordinator. Snacks and coffee at office.

Cons

Hire coordinators on contract so you don't get benefits. Wasn't there long, but something about culture did not feel positive. Especially if you were in a supporting role, be prepared to be dismissed and solely handed to the work that no one else wanted to do.
