Pros

I love everything about my job! Also my co-workers are awesome!

Cons

The only "con" is not having two days off in a row due to archaic "Blue Laws". I wish Colorado (along with 12 other states, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Maine, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, New Jersey, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin, the 13 states that don't let car dealerships sell cars on Sundays) would change the rules so we could have two days off in a row (during the week) I don't mind working weekends at all, But two days in a row would really help with my personal life. Maybe we can start a petition??

Pros

Great shop atmosphere. Other shops I’ve worked in techs didn’t have each others backs like they do here. People help if you’re respectful and return the favors.

Cons

Faculty need upkeep, shop is hot in summer and cold in winter.

Pros

We have our service department have someone go through each sold unit with the customer before they sign paperwork. Very honest business

Cons
