Cons

No follow thru with what is promised. When positions are "eliminated" and you have to accept promotion otherwise you have to quit your job is unfair and misleading.

Very good place to work. Sales department is like a family. They look out for each other at work and away from work. I've been there for 8 months. My managers are professionals and excellent mentors. The sales inventory is great.

Cons

I am making a decent living. I wish it were more but in this economy I am greatful I can make it from one paycheck to the next.

Easy work and management doesn't really care what I do all day. As long as I can find financing for buyers and make my spread, I can survive at this job.

Cons

RV sales are slow so it is hard to make my commission but I get some time off.
