Cons

Racism and sexism is rampant. Communication is non existent, the work environment is multiple people screaming at the top of their lungs back and forth at each other. They keep reorganizing and downright hiding their intentions so they can hide from tariffs and the fact they are a foreign owned company to investors and clients.

Clean office, free snacks and drinks.

Cons

This is a Chinese company, and it seems like any unprofessional attitude and actions, shouting, yelling, accusing, pointing fingers, and lots more are totally OK here. If you have only white people's company experience, I strongly recommend seeking an opportunity elsewhere.
