Endless politic games! Intrigue environment! Too many people were only interest at complain or punish others Any hard-working members, will be assigned most heavy tasks and be grabbed the voice to express normal idea. Most of the team members choose to quit.

Cheap benefits for employee only.

Cons

Benefits are not affordable if you have dependents. Race based favoritism from and in hr. If you are black they will favor you and protect your employment . If you are Asian- leadership favors you, if you are Hispanic or white you will be treated poorly and as if you are disposable. A lot of employees are hired based on who they know even when grossly under qualified. You’ll constantly feel like you’re watching your back as people are terminated randomly. Majority if office staff has 0 experience in their role. Employment law isn’t followed(or known). HQ watches uses of computers and email.
