      Cons

      If you are based in SF/Oakland, it is a bit of a commute

      Going downhill

      Pros

      The CEO has a good vision but needs to up the morale. Company has a relatively good product for a good price.

      Cons

      The company is too focused on cutting costs/corners in every level at the expense of its employees. Employees are constantly worried that they will be fired/laid off due to management's fear tactics. There is a lot of nepotism, favortism, and backstabbing going around. Employees that have been there for years have not seen raises. Low to zero appreciation for employees or their efforts.

      - Great people - Lots of room for advancement within the office environment - Clean environment, great factory environment to work in, highly automated processes

      Cons

      - Poor upper management that lack planning skills and experience - Do not put the right people in the right positions, they do not promote or place the most qualified candidates in the positions - The company has a lack of/bad culture, they need to focus on this to improve employee morale
