Just as a common job to lead a life

Cons

The previous management team, which is before the final shutdown, can be described as a disaster. Endless political games, tricks and cheating. Never appreciate the trust and credit among the group. Ignore and even obey the promise to the team member. It's really the joke that all the hard-working and great-achievement employees leave here with disappointment and sadness. Such a working circumstance is impossible to exist in modern industry.

You get treated horribly. Continental nights is impossible to get through some nights with 3 hours of sleep. Line technician sits on his bum and won't help out at all.
