Company suffers from massive turnover, mainly due to a totally unqualified HR department. This is particularly true in some regions (i.e. EMEA and LATAM).

The previous management team, which is before the final shutdown, can be described as a disaster. Endless political games, tricks and cheating. Never appreciate the trust and credit among the group. Ignore and even obey the promise to the team member. It's really the joke that all the hard-working and great-achievement employees leave here with disappointment and sadness. Such a working circumstance is impossible to exist in modern industry.
