Growing industry that employs hundreds of people. There are several good Supervisors that really look out for the employees when they can.

Cons

Large amount of layoffs with ongoing installation of automation. Very little communication from upper management and low morale. Constant fear of losing your job and being replaced by machines or personnel from Asia.

Great pay, great benefits for if youre single

Cons

No structure by a few supervisors, most of them have a power trip, you'll have at least 3 or more micromanagement and others that arent in your dept dictate how you shoule operate, higher ups are mostly foreign and cant speak English, family can work here but not in the same department.
