      waste of time

      Pros

      clean environment, good shift and friendly employees.

      Cons

      the upper management sucks. They are only concerned for themselves and get their work done in any way possible. They cheat and lie to their employee and make fake promises. The cutting cost and new bonus structure is misleading. It does not benefit anyone but the upper management. The upper management plays politics, while chines only hires chines and quality control team only hires indian. There seems to be no way to move up the company. I find it waste of time working here. Besides the company being not stables does not help either. I will not leave my future in the hands of the company such as this where maybe tomorrow my job wont be there for me.

      Pros

      - Great people - Lots of room for advancement within the office environment - Clean environment, great factory environment to work in, highly automated processes

      Cons

      - Poor upper management that lack planning skills and experience - Do not put the right people in the right positions, they do not promote or place the most qualified candidates in the positions - The company has a lack of/bad culture, they need to focus on this to improve employee morale
