Pros

Canadian Solar is hiring due to a very high turnover rate. The rotating door allows many people to experience the Canadian Solar life.

Cons

Upper management is clueless and operate on intimidation. Upper management bully their employees. The Ministry of Labour should have an office at the Guelph location for all employees to seek advice.

Employees are nice and plant is clean

Cons

Plant stinks of chemicals, very hot in summer, very noisey and standing for 12 hours everyday is painful. Managers are mean and always yelling to work faster. Lots of people quit from injuries and cannot get paid for injuries because company says it is not their fault.
