Decent pay, good office environment, good benefit

Cons

full of office politics, expecially from the management from Canada, people are paid extra care and attention on how to make other's happy but they will also stab them behind. Super protective when doing things, won't take any responsibility. No one cares about the company nor do the things right.

Pros

Lots of learning opportunity because the US locations are like a start up. The benefits are affordable.

Cons

The solar industry is unstable so don’t leave your stable job for this. Office management is based on favoritism and nepotism. So, there’s a serious lack of skills, knowledge and initiative. Many things are done incorrectly or inefficiently. There were also times I did not feel safe working here because of thief and fights.
