A fantastic company to work for. Great co-workers, great opportunities, great benefits, and lots of fun. Many social events, locally and sometimes at head office.

Cons

Only thing inconvenient is the eye benefits. They don't have the greatest when it comes to eye appointments or buying glasses.

Family style culture, everyone know each other and they treat well the employees. Good pay and benefits

Cons

Old culture clashing with new culture. New leadership needed but old culture/management do not allow it. Not much diversity, most of employees are from QC. Not growing opportunities as there is not defined positions/tasks per employee
