Pros

I wish I could think of some....

Cons

Training period was good, but not well planned. Constant changes within the company. Expect one to put in 40-50 hours of work without any overtime or extra pay. If one has family troubles, expect to have to be at work or else you'll get an earful from management.

Pros

Solid starting pay and plenty of overtime available. Company provides decent training however you need to push yourself fast paced environment does not allow for much error. If making solid money is your only goal you'll be fine however forget a personal life.

Cons

Union is not as strong as it should be unable to cover members rights or some of their own bylaws. Management is unstable and seems as if every job deadline is a moving target. Weekend work is the norm including Sundays (double time). Canadian based HQ out of touch with realistic work/goals/agenda.
