Inefficient leadership, horrible environment, non-existent opportunities

Pros

The only pro when I joined was the remote work setup. But now, even that is gone.

Cons

Canary Systems has a lot of problems. This company has an inefficient leadership that doesn't know how to effectively delegate tasks to employees. After being forced to go back to the office shows this as well. Also, the work environment is horrible due to the stressful work and the lack of opportunities for growth and advancement.
