Relaxed work environment, family friendly, able to work with minimal supervision, recognition for accomplishments, solid benefits, great coworkers. Reviews from recent previous employees should be taken with a grain of salt, from a personal view -some underperformers were released from employment - the current team is pretty solid and work well together.

Cons

Some tasks can be stressful as deadlines approach.
