Ability to work hybrid, mostly from home. Well established and recognized in the market.

Cons

Poor due diligence of acquired platforms leading to immense tech debt and very poor product documentation. Anywhere you look there are major gaps and no funding to mend them. Deep deep involvement and intervention at project level requiring monthly deep dives consuming at least 2 weeks every month building presentations to show what changes since last month.
